Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify or change address. If you are able to reach out immediately after placing an order, we may be able to attempt a cancellation. Please note—we do not guarantee the modification of any order. All purchases should be reviewed carefully before being submitted.

Shipping times are dependent on location. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and an additional 3-5 days for shipping for domestic orders. For international orders, the shipping time will vary. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
All of our menswear is true to size, so you should order like you would from any of your other favorite brands. But if the fit doesn't work for you, feel free to reach out to us via our contact page and we'll be happy to initiate a return or exchange.
We do not do alterations ourselves, however we do offer a $15 tailoring credit (applied to your original form of purchase) on select styles. Send an email to customersupport@piqueclothing.co with your order number, the item that was altered, and a receipt from your tailor.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account on the original form of payment.
